Exceptional written & Verbal in English will be an advantage. Must be handle sales promoters. Proficiency in English. Process merchandise returns and exchanges. Process merchandise returns and exchanges. Co-ordinate with respective stock controller to do the PGI for the Cash & carry return orders.

Release the sales orders. After doing detailed analysis of customer account prepares Delivery Summary for the showroom.
