Administrative Assistant Required (Bellville), Northern Suburbs. Administrative Office Assistant Required (Bellville Area). We are in search of a young, energetic individual who can work in a fast paced environment, and assist with daily office requirements. Job description (but not limited to): Answer and direct phone calls.

Prepare quotations and invoices (pastel experience an advantage, but not necessity). Produce and distribute correspondence emails, letters, etc. Generate general reports. Develop and maintain a filing system. Order office supplies. Provide general support to visitors. Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities and experiential growth opportunities.

Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff. Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient. Resolve administrative problems. Maintain and assist with employee wages, holiday records, warning, etc, etc. Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues.

Requirements: Own transport, Basic Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook. Pastel experience advantageous, but not a requirement. Willing to work after hours when required. Salary: +/- R 12 500.00 per month.
