Essential Requirements: (Not Negotiable). PSIRA registered Grade C  (Renewed). Completed Matric. Exceptional Communication skills (Fluent in English). Minimum of 1 year Access Control experience (Hotel Industry advantageous). Must be computer literate - MS Word. Excellent telephone etiquette. Must be South African currently living in Cape Town. Must be immediately available. Clear criminal record and sober habits (random tests). Physically fit and healthy (long hours on feet).

Key skills required: (Inherent for the position). Well presented with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Professional with a tolerant and positive outlook. Alert and ability to manage difficult situations with ease. Calm temperament when faced with crisis situations. Helpful, courteous and respectful. First Aid/Fire Fighting training (advantageous).

Key Duties: Meet and greet guests/public/suppliers. Assist with directions if and when requested. Manage who enters and exits the building and ensure the safety of staff and guests. Report incidents to Management should the need arise and take the necessary precautionary steps. Internal/External perimeter patrols.
