Sales Consultant For Online Shop, Somerset West, Helderberg. We are an exciting growing business operating several online shops that sell a wide range of popular products related to Outdoor & Leisure, Hobby, Electronics and more. Our office is based in Somerset West.

We are looking to fill a Telesales vacancy. We require an energetic young individual to become part of our growing team. The position will suit a recent matriculant who is keen to get a foot in the door. Training is provided; however, you must have strong computer skills.

Telesales: Will be required to assist customers who call in or contact us by email, assisting customers with their orders and generating sales from new enquiries.

Requirements: Minimum Matric. Excellent computer skills including: Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet, Attention to detail, Well organised, Problem solver. Pro-Active. Energetic & Enthusiastic, willing to learn. Work without supervision from time to time. Diligent hard worker Punctual and reliable.

This is a junior/starter position where training is provided. Salary is in line with that of a junior position. Get your foot in the door and gain valuable experience in the Online Retail / E-Commerce sector. Preference will be given to candidates living in Somerset West and non-smokers.
