To properly fillet various species of fish for production and retail sales, ensuring maximum use of product. Meet the required expectations of all filleters in product quality, recovery and productivity.

Responsibility: Properly fillet all types of fish to ensure lowest percentage of loss. Sanitize work area and equipment before filleting. Maintain all equipment to assure proper working order. Handle product properly to ensure maximum shelf life. Communicate quality issues to supervisors and merchandising. Meet all expectations for production and quality. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements Experience: Other, English, Prior seafood experience, High Energy Levels & a Passion for retail essential. Attention to detail. Have proven problem-solving techniques. Require minimum supervision. Have strong communication skills.
