General Manager Interior Fitout in Dubai
Salary: 30,000 To 40,000 Monthly (AED)
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supports operations and administration staff
2. Oversees design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of programs, products and services
3. Recommends yearly budget for Board approval and prudently manages organization's resources within those budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations
4. Effectively manages the human resources of the organization according to authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations
5. Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities.
6. Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.
7. Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
8. Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.
9. Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
10. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
11. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
12. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Minimum Requirements:
1. 10-15 years experience as General Manager
2. Gender: Male
3. Nationality: Any, pref. Arab
4. Age: 35-55 years old
5. Educational background: bachelors degree holder
6. Availability: Immediately or with 1 month notice
