Having built a strong foundation over the years for a successful Executive Search practice, we are now looking to hire Experienced Search Consultants, who will play an important part in paving the way for our future growth. This will entail working closely with the present complement of consultants and developing and building our current business flow. The job role would encompass the entire gamut of the executive search cycle including researching, prospecting, developing new clients, research, industry mapping, interviewing, and supporting the client, candidate negotiations and selection.
In order to succeed, you will bewell networked within business circles, be highly result oriented and strongly motivated to succeed in a challenging environment. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, ability to negotiate win-win, the necessary empathy to develop and maintain long term relationships with clients and candidates, and loads of resilience and the ability to bounce back from setbacks are some of the qualities that we seek.In addition, a good educational background complemented by a minimum 8 to 10 years of experience would be ideal.
