General Manager in Dubai
Required a General Manager for a general trading company in Dubai dealing in Building Materials. Ideal candidate should be a MBA post graduate from a reputed university with minimum of 10 years experience in managing and controlling a small team of Sales, Accounts and warehouse staff. A background with Sales and Office Administration with UAE experience would be a preferable.
The candidate should have a valid UAE driving license and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Computer literacy is a must. Salary will be offered based on qualifications and experience.
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems;Establishes personal networks with clients; Ensures sales target achievement by team, growth and payment collectionsAccountable to develop and maintain the budget and monitor the cash flow.Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expendituresIn charge of recruitment, appraisals, employment / license applications and administration of company supplies and staff Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems.Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.Maintains office staff job results by orienting, motivating and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring performanceContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
