ADMIN Secretary provides both clerical and administrative support either as part of a team or individually. You’ll be involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and will frequently have responsibility for specific tasks.
Responsibilities of the job include: answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence, typing, filing, and managing admin supplies, organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes), managing databases, prioritizing workloads, implementing new procedures and administrative systems, liaising with relevant organizations and clients, acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
