Stock Controller, Bellville, Northern Suburbs. An established, dynamic and well-developed brand that is a National Concern with branches across South Africa, with a warehouse, has an opportunity available for an experienced individual that specializes in FMCG Stock Controlling.  You will fulfill the role of Stock Controller within their northern suburbs branch.  The ideal candidate will be disciplined and presentable.

Responsibility You will be responsible for the following: Daily cycle count to be facilitated & filed correctly. Preparation of adjustments. Manage stock team. Housekeeping. Putting bulks into system. Checking bulk reports on daily basis.

Doing weekly Reports on: Expiry dates, Slow moving stock, No moving bulks, Picking phase, Keep record of all damaged stock. Assist with preparation of stock takes. Maintain the warehouse and the allocation of space for stock. Check Exception report on a daily basis. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and Food Safety. Initiate disciplinary enquiries.

Qualifications: Matric/Grade 12 Certificate, 2- 3 years stock controlling experience. MS Office (Word, Excel Outlook). Knowledge of Great Plains will be adv. Good communication skills and able to work well with a diverse team.

Deadline orientated and work well under pressure. Highly disciplined and honest. Ability to multi task. Exceptional attention to detail. High energy levels.
