About the Role: To effectively manage the complete functioning to ensure maximum sales, profit and productivity in accordance with Company trading policies and procedures.To provide customers with the required technical support in terms of accurately diagnosing faults reported, software upgrades, data transfers etc related to their Mobile Devices, Tablets, Smartwatches & MacBooks.

Requirements: Matric essential 1+ year Retail experience in a similar business category with a demonstrated history of high sales performance and support functions. Well-presented and trendy, tons of energy with the ability to cross -sell with ease and offer value based solutions to customers. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Fluent in English & Afrikaans both verbal and written.

Computer Literate: Working hours are Monday to Saturday .Further days off will be discussed.

Duties: Ensure operation of the Store in line with all policies and procedures relating to: Stock controls, Merchandising & distribution, Displays and image of the store to be maintained in line with company standards. Meeting & exceeding monthly/daily sales targets within the predetermined sales budget. Monitoring sales figures and ensuring sales targets are reached. Ensure effective contribution towards sales target. Responsible for all duties relating to effective functioning of the store.
