Responsibility: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3- 4 years’ experience within a similar role- Assist with cashbook, processing, and reconciliation. Processing of debtors, Reconciliation of debtors, Maintaining of a fixed asset register, Updating financial records, Assisting with preparation of monthly reports and reconciliations.

Managing of exports department with the following: Preparation of customs documents. Arrangement of shipping containers.

Qualifications: Matric. B.Compt / B.Comm / B.Accounting / National Diploma (Internal Auditing / Cost & Management).

Computer Software: Advanced Excel Skills, Syspro, and ERP Software SAIPA / SAICA Articles will be adv. Experience with foreign transactions & customs documents will be adv. Good understanding of accounting principles. Good relationship-building skills. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Team player and deadline-driven. Meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
