Duties include the following: Responsible to assist your Line Manager in the supervision of the Sales Team. Meet your targets and those of the team and assist in the smooth running of the section and its team. contribute to training and development of the team to achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organization plans. Supervise the general activities of the Sales Team or particular section of it, as directed

Assist Line Manager to train and appraise individual team members to ensure targets are met. Reporting (content and format as agreed) on a monthly basis to Line Manager.
