Duties Professionally administer & Manage the Salon. Manage the team (therapists and nail technicians). Manage the front desk ( staff roster, appointment bookings, training, stock ordering, and stock management + commissions). work with HR regarding Staffing & Discipline Drive Sales Coaching, Mentoring, motivating and creating and welcoming environment for staff & clients. Drive for excellence and Customer service.

Desired Experience & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years as a salon manager ( 3 years as a Senior Therapist). CIDESCO /ITEC qualification Strong communication skills target driven. Up-to-date with beauty treatments ( advance treatments).
