Position Summary: Procurement Officer is a supply chain and logistics professional specialized in ensuring the cost-effective purchase of all materials and services as required by the procurement plan whilst ensuring quality control and compliance with the Company's policies and procedures and reduce overall supply chain risk.

Roles and Responsibilities: Manage the operations of the procurement processes. Local & import procurement. Pricing Office purchases. Travel and accommodation. Forex and import creditors management. Filing and compliance with reserve bank. Daily and monthly reporting. Managing staff. Procurement Logistics Local and Foreign.

Import and Export Administrative Processes. Price and Costing review of ordered products. Ensuring Compliance with Regulations. Supplier Relationship management. Freight Forwarder. Relationship management. Review current procedures, update and implement. Risk Management.

Position Minimum Requirements: BCom degree (Supply Chain Management or Logistics). Microsoft Power BI Experience. SAP and Advance Excel Experience Advantageous. Minimum 3-5 years experience within Procurement or Supply chain environment.

Month 2: Assessment of Order fulfilment process to implement changes in month 3. Detailed understanding of Import procedure including tariffs and import codes. Detailed understanding of Financial systems relating to procurement.

Month 3: Detailed daily order fulfilment reporting implemented. All Procurement Processes documented. Holistic understanding of procurement strategy.
