We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for installation, maintenance, and repair works in Residential as well as commercial buildings. He manages team(s) of workers with full responsibility on the ground, remains available at sites, executes work as necessary.

The candidate must have the following:

Supervisory level experience in all sort of general maintenance works including Painting, Plumbing, Masonry, Carpenter, HVAC, Electrical, etc.

Experience in estimating the work requirement and handling customers.

Must have UAE/Gulf experience of at least 5 years in the same field.

The candidate must have a UAE Driving License.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time. Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance. Employ, supervise and train workers. Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage. Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site. Conduct preventative maintenance work. Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair works.

The selected candidates will be paid a salary plus commission and other benefits. Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent Salary: AED2,500.00 AED4,000.00 per month.
