Drive and source new business development opportunities within the South African market. Work closely with customers, colleagues, and third parties to ensure smooth operations. Weekly reports and administration management. Achieve monthly and accumulative targets. Manage and train team members and/or clients. Ensure strong and relevant product and competitor knowledge. Service & retain accounts through upholding consistent in-service level agreements

Assisting and creating presentation material and advertising displays. Product management, receiving and dispatching orders, handling of damaged products, and returns. Problem-solving, handling unusual circumstances and questions of customers. Responding to customer complaints and problem-solving to avoid recurring problems.

Organizing special promotions, displays, and attending events and expos. Any other requirements needed to ensure fluent sales and operational services.

Desired Experience & Qualification: Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience. Experience in the beauty or hair industry would be beneficial. Grade 12 certificate. Hairdressing qualification or similar certificate will be beneficial, Drivers License.
