Operations Manager, East London, Eastern Cape. OPERATIONS MANAGER – This position could potentially be based in Gauteng, Western Cape, KZN, or Eastern Cape and would be required to be in East London 1 week a month. Extensive travel between stores will be required. The position will report directly to the National Operations Manager. Area Manager and Store Managers will report to Operations Manager.

Requirements: Matric/Grade 12. Minimum requirement Bcom degree (Preferred). Retail Operations qualification will be an advantage. Minimum 5 – 8 years experience in a similar capacity as an Operations Manager in a clothing retail environment (preferred). Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook. Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle.

Key Accountabilities: People Management. Inventory/Stock Management. Sales Management. Financial Controls – Accountable for controllable expenses; budgets; maximize profits; Risk Management; SOP.

Reporting, Undertakings, MIE, Credit Check, Criminal check, Fraud check, Qualification verification, Psychometric Assessment
