Automotive Parts Salesperson, Umhlanga, North Suburbs. Responsibilities will include online sales of products (OEM, aftermarket, and used parts and accessories) for passenger and commercial vehicles, providing outstanding customer service (to Buyers and Sellers), and supervise sales reps on the road. Performs customer service, marketing, promoting, and advertising duties related to online sale and delivery of products that contribute to optimum service delivery and customer satisfaction, resolving queries and overseeing successful transaction and delivery of parts, and maintaining customer and product databases. Candidates to have prior auto parts experience to be considered (minimum 4 years).

Professional telesales and written communication skills are a definite must as well as the ability to expedite deliveries and returns through courier companies as well as handling product warranties and returns all form part of this challenging role. Grade 12 with Mathematics, Science, and English and solid knowledge of TecAlliance vehicles and parts database also required.
