Camp Boss with Driving License

Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for operational activities in the camp under his supervision, ensuring the daily good management of the labour camp.

2. Carry out the daily, weekly and monthly duties as laid out by the Company and below detailed.

3. Fill and keep a record of administrative forms following the Company rules.

4. Manage the team of labours working at the site and increase their motivation.

5. Supervise and take part in the training of labours, according to the rules of HSE, Food Hygiene and Safety, UAE violation rules, etc.

6. The Camp Boss must be clean, tidy and shall follow diligently the disciplinary rules laid out in his contract.

7. Fill a record with the daily labour activity in camp.

8. Fill Timesheet and attendance register.

9. Responsible for the effective cleaning of the kitchen and all its corresponding areas, the dining area and stores, following the Food Hygiene and Safety rules.

10. Ensure that the housekeeping of the accommodation should be carried out in line with reviewed standards, every day and whenever required.

11. Carry out regular inspections of the accommodation, common areas, dining area, stores to ensure that cleaning and maintenance work has been carried out following Company and home rent owner rules.

12. It is compulsory to be always present on the duty line during the duty going time and coming time as this is an essential element of camp boss duty.

13. If anything serious happen in the camp should be informed of the labour management team or UAE rules.

14. Handle and control the violation of the labour in camp if serious matter like labour is sick then should report to the responsible person or send him to hospital for a check.

15. Should handle the critical situation if happened in the camp.

16. Should be taken care of Labours accommodation, tools, no one entry without camp boss permission

17. No violation against UAE government rules should be a provider in camp-like alcohol, playing card, gambling, fighting, noise, etc.

18. UAE government rules at Emergency call:- as per the situation. Etc

Qualification: With at least a minimum of 5 years of working experience in UAE.
