Greek Customer Agents Wanted, Other, Cape Town. Company Name: Mindpearl. Your Role as CSSR at Mindpearl Cape Town. Work for a prestigious airline brand on various workstreams. Assistance to passengers with pre and post-flight departure travel-related queries in the customer relations department in Greek and English languages. Work on renowned airline reservations systems and handle outbound voice calls, written and other multimedia channels daily.

Fully paid product and systems training provided. Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments. Required to meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels. Demanding and time-sensitive call center environment. Work Type Permanent. contract: 40 hours per week; 8 hours per day.

Working hours: Operational hours: (Mon-Fri) 07h00 – 18h00 including Weekends (08h00-17h00). EU daylight savings will apply. Rotational weekends and shifts. Training: 4 weeks (Paid). Remote and work from home and part-time options may be considered. Competitive salary Annual retention bonus.
