Service Integration Manager

New role in for a Service Integration Manager. My client are in the process of setting up a business services centre in Dublin and are looking for a number of senior candidates. The successful service integration manager will serve as the contact point for the Business IT Support group. They should have the following skills and experience:

    Group leadership experience and a good understanding and knowledge of business processes in a global health care industry
    7+ years of working experience in IT (preferably in project management / service delivery positions)
    Risk management background with experience in risk management related roles
    Knowledge of general IT, project management and compliance domains.
    Implementation of new processes or methodologies
    Good understanding of business processes and objectives
    Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
    Preferably expert knowledge of one or more information governance & management disciplines
    High level of customer focus with proven problem solving skills

    GxP Experience for over 5 years
    ITIL experience and qualification
    Application testing lifecycle knowledge and experience for a min of 5 years

The service integration manager serves as the contact point for the IT Business Support group for all Infrastructure related requests, questions and issues. The following are the main responsibilities for the role:

    Ensures close cooperation between the respective IT Business Support group and Infrastructure.
    Enables and enhances communications between Infrastructure and the respective IT Business Support group.
    Monitors business satisfaction and advises Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for appropriate actions where needed.
    With the IT Business Support group and SDM, analyzes Infrastructure requirements based on project plans for input into the Infrastructure budgeting process as needed.
    Conducts or supports FIM/BIM, in negotiation of Service Level Agreements with their business groups.
    Liaises with SDM to deliver business requests, providing early input into the Infrastructure planning and budgeting process as needed.
    Collaborates with Service Delivery Manager to:
    Understand current IT services, processes, roles and responsibilities as well as
    service levels.
    Support FIM/BIM in communication of Infrastructure policies to the business and management of expectations of the business.
    Provide consulting to the IT Business Support group on Infrastructure-related issues, plans, etc.
    Arbitrate requests for modified policies, services or service levels.
