Job Description: Filling. Data Capturing. Diary Management of Director and Foreman. Scheduling daily collection routes for drivers. Trailer Registration on entities system ( training will be provided ) 

Answering phones and scheduling appointments. Staff covid screening. Suitable candidate

Must be able to work well under pressure. Must be comfortable working mostly around men. Must have good telephone etiquette and speak both English and Afrikaans. Must be able to work in Excel. Powerpoint and outlook. Must look presentable and be confident.

Must be willing to work alternate Saturdays when required to do so. Ideally have own transport however this is not a requirement.

Ideally, live close to Montague Gardens

Salary between 6000 and 7500 depending on experience and eagerness to fulfill the post.
