The duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Preparing Monthly Bank Reconciliation

Preparing Monthly Reconciliation for Intercompany Transactions

Checking and Verifying Petty Cash Expense Claims

Processing Suppliers and Subcontractors Payments, and Invoices

Preparing Schedule of Prepayments and Depreciation

Preparing Balance Sheet Reconciliations

Maintaining Accounting Schedules / Records

Monthly Closure of Accounts

Other accounting duties & responsibilities may be delegated

Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of Four (4) Years Experience In Accounting Field

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / CA

Working Knowledge of Accounting Software (Focus)

Professional in Excel and Microsoft Word

English and Arabic Language Proficiency

Real Estate background.
