Requirements: Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work, Experienced in a customer service role will be a plus. A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients. The flexibility to work irregular hours, when required.
