Property Administration, Municipal Accounts, Creditors Accounts Administrator, City Centre, Cape Town. Private Property Group, owning a substantial Commercial & Residential Portfolio, requires a Municipal Accounts / Creditors Accounts Administrator. Experience in basic Financial Accounting and /or an Accounting Diploma / SAIPA / SAICA qualification would be an advantage. Previous experience in a Property Rental Management environment would be an advantage.

Job Description: Analysis and payment of a substantial number of Municipal rates, water and electricity accounts. Analysis and Recovery of monthly water, electricity, rates and other charges. Monthly creditor payments. Knowledge of Property Management programs such as MDA an advantage. Good knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel. Ability to deal confidently with tenants.
