We are looking for the following individuals: We are looking for a Contracts Manager well experienced in Civil Works particularly water/borehole works. An all-rounder who is experienced in multiple disciplines of the trade will be at an advantage. The particular candidate must be a registered professional with SACPCMP. This particular candidate must have a minimum qualification of B-Tech degree or higher with also a minimum of 8 years experience as a Contracts Manager.

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer well experienced in Civil Works particularly water, building, and structural works. An all-rounder who is experienced in multiple disciplines of the trade will be at an advantage. The particular candidate must be a registered professional with ECSA as a Pr. Eng or Pr. Tech. This particular candidate must have a minimum qualification of B-Tech degree or higher with also a minimum of 5 years experience as a Mechanical Engineer.

These individuals must display a great understanding of GCC & JBCC rules and guidelines.

The persons must have the following: Great understanding of MS Project and other related similar software of the trade. Ability to measure and quantify the works done on sites. This is for the creation of payment certificates. Leaders who will oversee and lead multiple people from different backgrounds and skills. Ability to produce progress reports and plans. In possession of a driver's license. Individuals who have an abundance of emotional intelligence (This is a prerequisite). This is will be temporary positions.
