The Positon

    Recruitment: end to end process, working closely with line managers to determine business needs. Needs to have worked on a panel structure.
    Training and Development: provide any training and inductions that the business may require.
    Projects: building rapport with relevant stakeholders and providing analysis and recommendations when required.
    Performance Management: supporting managers and working towards a common goal to solve any inconsistencies.
    Employee Relations: Supporting the open door policy and developing a good relationship with managers and employees alike.

The Person

    Relevant 3rd level qualification.
    Recruitment experience.
    3-4 years relevant experience.
    Excellent knowledge of HR practices, policies and procedures.
