The ideal candidate will have the following experience responsibility: Assist and educate consumers on the debt review processes. Find solutions to consolidate debt into one affordable premium. Develop financial plans for clients. Perform administration duties. Review potential client’s income, assets, debt, expenses, credit reports, and other financial information Interview clients to gather financial information.

Prioritize the client’s debt repayments to avoid dire consequences, such as bankruptcy or foreclosure or to reduce overall costs, such as by paying high-interest or short term loans first. Explain financial topics to clients, such as credit report ratings, bankruptcy laws, consumer protection laws, wage attachments, and/or collection actions.

Qualifications: Matric, Qualified Debt Counsellor Beneficial, Counselling Certificate will be adv but not needed, 2-3 Years credit industry experience (debt review, consolidation or collections), 1 Year sales experience, Good knowledge of NCA Skills, Demonstrable selling expertise, Exceptional customer service skills, Solid written and verbal communication skills, Customer service attitude, Self-motivated and results-driven. Professional personal presentation. Good listening and communication skills, exceptional problem-solving skills.
