We are on the lookout for a financial manager to join our accounts team. This position primarily entails heading up the accounts team and ensuring all processes are correctly followed and completed. Your responsibilities would include:

Overseeing operations of the finance department, setting goals and objectives, and designing a framework for these to be met. Making sure that tax is paid and calculated correctly. Preparing company finances for audits. Giving feedback to directors. Ensuring that all financial statements are up to date. Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to managerial staff. Issuing financial statements. Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information.

We are looking for an individual who is highly accurate and organized, meticulous, focused, and disciplined. You must be able to work under pressure as our industry is very fast-paced. You will be leading a team and as such need to be positive, polite, and able to distribute workload accordingly. Having extensive computer knowledge will be advantageous, this would include the ability to implement automation into the day-to-day operations of our accounts department. Experience and qualification in the necessary field are required.

The salary bracket for this position ranges from R 25,000 to R 45,000 based on experience and expertise in the field, it also offers great growth for people who have a desire to progress in their career.
