Also responsible for washing dishes, china ware, flatware, cutlery, crockery, kitchen vessels, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and detailing, etc. Maintains the kitchen, dish washing, and back area in an inspection-ready condition in accordance with the local authority and hotel guidelines.
