Valid Code 8 License. Only candidates residing in Port Elizabeth will be considered.

Responsibility: Previous logistics experience - not negotiable. Previous experience in arranging COF's, Licence updates, and Dealer stock. Registering of new vehicles. Ensuring new vehicles' Fleet cards are ordered and received in time. Keeping up with the current vehicle exchange program, ensuring that the target is reached.

Constantly communicating with the Workshop manager and owner regarding the progress of the building program. Assisting in up to date keeping of abnormal permits of the fleet. Accurate Recordkeeping of engine and trailer service intervals.

General Filing, Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Breakdowns. The candidate has to have excellent organizational skills, be able to diarise deadlines, and plan accordingly. Working hours Mon to Fri 7:00 - 17:00, after-hour support.
