You will be responsible for making sure that the venue is clean, well maintained, and organized at all times. You will make sure the overall cleanliness of the service areas including toilets and cleaner room maintains the required hygiene standards as per the Company’s standards and procedures.

General Duties & Responsibilities: Operate and maintain cleaning equipment for the venue. Water all indoors and outdoors plants on daily basis. Receive and order cleaning materials through purchasing officer. Ensure cleaning materials are stored in an appropriate place. Use proper detergents, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals to clean areas. Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items. Empty and maintain trash cans and dumpster areas

Clean and mop all areas in the floor service area. Properly follow all Company and safety and security policies and procedures.

Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to your Supervisor. Clean and sanitize all storage areas. Making sure that all furniture is being maintained and cleaned at all times. To notify the Purchasing if you notice any particular item of stock is running low. To attend training sessions as and when required

To ensure that venue is clean and ready for operations and as per the standards

Ensure proper care and security of restaurant equipment, stock, and furniture

To assist in keeping operating costs to a minimum by efficient and responsible use of resources such as electricity, water, linen, cleaning materials and other equipment

Ensure minimum wastage

To comply with all Company Policies and Procedures and maintain excellent grooming standards at all times

Observe Company’s safety policies at all times.
