We are a fast-growing IT, electronic and digital marketing small company, looking for a Technical and sales representative candidate who is able to Showcase their combined Sales and Technical skills. Working hand in hand with customer services, marketing and technical group of professionals.

Duties and Responsibilities: Computer (PC, Laptop, Apple iMac/Macbook) general technical services. Dealing with all suppliers to source, get quotes, availabilities and estimated time of arrival (ETA) for parts on but not limited to (PC, Laptops, Computer parts and accessories) from suppliers. Handling requests from client about our services and sales deals. Via (Email, phone, WhatsApp, skype, and face-to-face.) Product & service sourcing and outsourcing. Work alongside other team members of the technical and digital team to improve business customer base and satisfaction. Assist in any department where needed.

Requirements: Computer (PC, Laptop, Apple iMac/Macbook) literate. Customer service skills with a good understanding of the customer buying cycle. Excellent knowledge of computer programs especially Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook/Emails and web search. Business Email Writing Skills. Excellent Telephonic skills. Have good internet knowledge and research on the web. Business and technical mindset. Sales and marketing mindset. Fast learner and passionate about technology. Have attention to detail and good time management. Can work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Exceptional verbal and communication skills in English. FAST, efficient, and professional workload executed.
