Senior Bookkeeper, Diep River, Southern Suburbs. Company Name: Pinnacle Pharmaceuticals. Pinnacle Pharmaceuticals bases in Diep River is looking to employ a senior bookkeeper with a very strong knowledge of accounting principles.

Duties and responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accounting records to trial balance from source   documents supplied. Preparation of monthly management accounts. Maintenance of fixed asset registers (including raising / disposal of fixed assets and processing of depreciation on the accounting software). Reconciliation of debtors and creditors accounts. Preparation of cash flow projections. Annual budget preparation. Preparation and management of audit file. Manage annual audits. EMP201 Submissions. EMP501 Submission. Preparation of VAT calculations. VAT201 Submission.

Qualifications and experience: 3-5 years’ experience within a senior bookkeeping role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles. Pastel Partner experience essential. Strong time management skills and ability to handle pressure. Ability to multitask. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
