Athena Fine Arts, Inc seeks experienced fine art dealers, brokers, & gallerists interested in overseeing and advising a growing fine art fund. Successful candidate will possess both a business and investment savvy and a strong knowledge and appreciation of the fine art category.
Candidate must be a strategic thinker, business-minded, analytical, and able to work well as a proactive participant in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with the proven ability to perform in a highly competitive market.
The Candidate is expected to be a influencer in the art market.
A BA in Art History or related discipline required with MA preferred; a minimum of 7 years' experience in an auction house or art gallery with proven sales history, and experience in merchandising; and exceptional communications, networking and negotiating skills. The ideal applicant will have detailed knowledge of the international art market, a developed client list and strong general knowledge of international contemporary and modern art.
