We are looking for an exceptional Account Manager who will manage digital projects, web developments, and SEO optimization as well as website maintenance for all of our local and international clients. The candidate will be responsible for understanding and achieving clients’ short-term and long-term goals. He/she will be client-facing, functioning in a post-sales role, and will serve as the day-to-day point of contact, maintain client satisfaction, grow accounts through up-selling, while keeping the quality of work high so clients want to renew.

The successful candidate will form part of a young and dynamic team and will manage our front-end team, SEO specialist as well as collaborate with the entire marketing, communication, and design team. Additionally, he/she will manage all monthly website optimization, maintenance, and reporting for all of our website clients.

The essentials are Minimum of ±3 Years of project management experience. An understanding of AdWords and Analytics. Familiar with WordPress. Excellent English communication skills (verbally and written). Must enjoy teamwork, be motivated, dynamic and organized. Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel). You need to enjoy working with people! A natural problem solver. Able to work calmly under pressure. Well organized with careful attention to detail. Ability to self-manage while managing projects and teams. Own transport.

Responsibilities include: Ensure profitability and efficiency while utilizing agency resources. Be personally responsible for monitoring regularly and reaching your quota of clients. Using the project management tool, assess each client’s project task status and progress weekly to keep up to date on open action items hours each month with zero carryover hours. Record, track, and delegate current tasks, communicate with the client, and act as a hub for client documents and assets. Work closely with the other team members to fully understand, strategize and meet client goals. Briefing Designers, Developers, and tracking projects. Sitemap and wireframe planning of new web projects (in collaboration). Client engagement as well as management of client expectations and deadlines. Allocating resources, reporting on processes, managing risks, and making decisions. Job estimation, tracking, and production management. All job-related correspondence.
