We are looking for a stable person with attention to detail and at least 5-10 years in order processing specifically, and working on Syspro. To have worked in a call center in your past would be good. In total, we do not want less than 12-15 years of work experience. You will be well-spoken and even-tempered with the ability to handle pressure and stress. The orders come streaming in.

Requirements: Matric - not negotiable. Syspro - not negotiable. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Experience in telephone customer care. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must come from the Northern Suburbs and preferably have your own transport. (There is free parking). Salary is market-related and there is a retirement option. Responsibility: Receive, confirm, and process orders on Syspro, Print picking slips for Warehouse, Provide admin support to sales manager and sales team, Control back orders, Perform month-end functions and report compilation, Provide telephonic support, Support with new business development where required, Do telesales to select customers - 5% of the time.
