Sales Account Admin (Watch Experience)

We are looking for a qualified Sales Account Admin (Watch Experience) to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for queries about products, orders, and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.

Responsibilities: Check data accuracy in orders and invoices. Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries. Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain and update sales and customer records. Develop monthly sales reports and work with the accounting team in generating data. Knowledgeable with Invoicing & Inventory.

REQUIREMENTS: Proven work experience as a Sales Account Admin from the watch industry. Exposure to administration duties including spreadsheet product tracking and order process. Background in Quickbooks is an advantage. Understanding of sales performance metrics. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Can work under strict deadlines.
