Britos is looking for an experienced Deboner for our Brackengate Factory to provide high-quality meats to our customers.

2 – 5 years experience required.

Responsibility: Must be well-spoken

Cutting, boning, and preparing meat

Experience operating required knives and tools

Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls.

Strong understanding of meat quality, cuts, and preparation.

Experience with meat grinders, knives, saws, and other tools.

Breaking, splitting, and cutting knowledge essential

Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls.

Strong understanding of meat quality, cuts, and preparation.
