Responsibility: Must be well-spoken. Cutting, boning, and preparing meat. Experience operating required knives and tools. Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls. Strong understanding of meat quality, cuts, and preparation. Experience with meat grinders, knives, saws, and other tools. Breaking, splitting, and cutting knowledge is essential.
