Key performance areas: Develop Business Plans to meet the agreed Sales Plan and Budget. Manage, develop and grow the customer base in the area of responsibility. Manage the activities of the Branch to ensure that financial and admin standards and procedures are met. Manage and develop associates performance. Must have Managerial Experience within the Tyre Industry!
