Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience in developing and maintaining Data Analytics solutions. Minimum of 5 years experience in the Microsoft Business Intelligence Suite. A very good understanding of Microsoft SQL Server (full suite). A very good understanding of Dimensional Modeling and Data Warehouse design.

Must be experienced at the building of ETL/ELT processes in SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and Azure DataBricks. A very good understanding of Data Lake Methodologies and design.

Must be experienced with: SSAS Tabular Models, DAX query languages, Report and Dashboard delivery.

Experience with: Microsoft Azure Services for Data Analytics. Data Platform (Synapse, SQL, DataBricks, Azure Data Factory, and SSAS Tabular).

Responsibility Key Skills: Ability to architect, plan, develop and produce end-to-end advanced Data Analytics projects within a team environment.

Ability to research, architect, and develop analytical solutions based specifically on: Microsoft Data Platform. Microsoft Azure technologies. Expert knowledge of Data Warehouse (Dimensional Model) design and principles based on Ralph Kimball methodologies.

Working knowledge and understanding of data warehousing within cloud environments: Azure Synapse.

Expert knowledge of designing and implementing data analytics and business intelligence solutions using: Microsoft SQL Business Intelligence Suite, Azure.

Good knowledge of the software development lifecycle and different project delivery methodologies such as DevOps, Waterfall, Agile, etc.

To be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Data Analytics and Data platforms in any related conversation or engagement. Excellent presentation skills. Ability to assist and drive opportunities at all levels of the sales and pre-sales processes. Ability to interpret and develop against business requirement specifications, technical designs documents. Should be involved and seen as an influencer in the SQL/BI community.

Good project and time management skills. Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization. Good people management skills. Ability to assist, train, and mentor fellow or junior team members.
