Essential requirements: Ability to communicate with guests and co-workers. Ability to perform functions of addition and subtraction. Ability to process information through a POS register system. Ability to lift 25kg batches of dough from the mixer. Ability to work in a warm environment (ovens) and heat to buzzers and timers.

Ability to climb ladders and bend at the waist. Ability to use hands, shoulders, and back to produce rolls for up to 10 hours. Ability to work around industrial and strength cleaners. Ability to weigh and measure products. Ability to stand up to 4 hours without a break. Ability to operate a mixer.

Professional Background: Must be at least 18 years of age and have a MATRIC, valid SA ID. Retails of food experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong skills in guest service.
