Duties & Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to Office Manager – such as the following: Daily placing of orders with Suppliers. Verifying purchases and Processing of Supplier Invoices on SAGE Accounting. Reconciling of Supplier accounts Filing - backlog and current. Petty Cash reconciliations – backlog and current. Updating of Fuel consumption spreadsheets.
Required Experience & Skills: Good communication skills – oral and written. Exceptional attention to detail. Efficient time management. Well-groomed. Proficient computer skills. Knowledge of SAGE Accounting Online. Minimum 5 years work experience. Experience in the Construction Industry will be advantageous. Position available immediately.
