Minimum of 8 years in a similar role in an upscale and large residential properties

Thorough understanding of residential property management methods and standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

To be a team player while having the ability to work unsupervised as required

Job Description: Develop a valuation matrix, monitor and report occupancy and vacancy status of the properties.

Conduct new tenant orientations, presentations and related communications

Provide comfort to residents by interacting with them for timely assistance to resolve day to day issues.

Maintain verbal and written communications with tenants and vendors.

Process maintenance requests and ensure maintenance work is completed accurately to the satisfaction of the tenant and as per time schedule.

Prepare all related documents

Direct performance of in house work force and monitor all works executed by contractors/Service Providers to ensure compliance with government regulations and residential property management standards.

Proactive approach with problem solving abilities with tenants.

Coordinate advertising and promoting pending vacancies.

Maintain a data base for all property management operations.

Coordinate inspections to ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.

Highlight and provide improvement ideas in the building to enhance the tenant’s experience.

Handle difficult situations with tenants and address all issues and only escalate as a secondary resort.
