HR Manager, City Centre, Cape Town. Company Name: Red Rock Recruitment. Our client in Cape Town is looking for an experienced HR Manager to commence work soonest. The HR Manager will recruit, support, and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and will have to contribute toward making the working environment a positive one for all employees.

Job Description: Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Create and implement effective policies and procedures. Provide counseling on policies and procedures. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process. Develop training programs for further development across all departments. Assist in performance management processes and employee counseling. Payroll for Weekly Wages on Pastel Payroll. Preparation of contracts for Wage employees.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in HRM from a University in South Africa. Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in a similar position’ 3-5 Years Pastel Payroll experience. Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) Good working knowledge of HR legislative requirements (BCEA/LRA/POPI,POPIA EEA).

Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude. Industrial relations experience. Strong administrative and analytical skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
