Joinery Workshop Manager, Paarl, Cape Winelands, Company Name: WK Kitchens. We require the services of a junior workshop manager for our cabinetry / joinery company in Paarl. We deal exclusively in the upper joinery market servicing various estates in the Cape Winelands.

A brief description of the job: Running the day to day requirements of our workshop. Being responsible for the manufacture and completion of euro style kitchen, bedroom etc. carcasses. Some on-site work will be required. Your will need to work with staff under you and must be able to communicate to them, without conflict. You will be responsible for ordering raw materials and arranging delivery and collection etc.

Requirements: At least 6 years’ experience in the cupboard joinery industry as a senior workshop assistant and manager of which at least 3 must be in a management position. Own transport and a valid driver’s licence and must reside in the Paarl - Wellington area. A clean criminal record with no history of alcohol or substance abuse. Some form of tertiary education within the trade.
