Key Responsibilities: Assist in admin tasks in the quality control department
Timely process of vendor payments and statements
Support/control of ordering warehouse and office supplies
Coordinate/plan station events and support all departments
Miscellaneous duties may be assigned
Skills / Requirements: Previous administrative experience in supporting multiple departments and leaders
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook)
Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
