WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING PROFFESIONAL & EXPERIENCED FLATBED OPERATORS TO JOIN OUR GROWING FLEET.
Position duties include:
• Operate a tractor trailer unit under the direction from operational staff with limited supervision.
• Oversee/perform the loading & unloading of freight to ensure safe, secure delivery; reports/notes damaged goods prior to loading;
• Braces, straps, secures & tarps loads as required- maintaining security of the load in transit.
• Secure cargo on flat bed truck including but not limited to tightening chains, straps and tarps using moderate physical exertion.
• Monitor and maintain weight distribution on flatbed trailer
• Ensure timely completion & submission of all customs documents, bills of lading, inspection reports, driver logs and other related documents.
• Deal directly with customers & clients to meet their expectations while providing professional customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all governmental; transportation regulations and company policies.
• Monitor tractor & trailers for safety & mechanical compliancy- reporting any concerns immediately.
Qualifications:
• Must have ability to legally transport goods to and from the USA (if applicable).
• Must have Class 1 or AZ license
• Must have a Clean, safe driving record/abstract
• Be able to provide clear certificate of conduct
• Be willing to comply with company Drug & Alcohol Program
• Must have One to Two years Flatbed driving experience
• Experience in Customer Service
• Be a Team Player with good communication skills
